Adrienne is a cult favorite actor in horror films. Beginning as a dancer, she rose to glory as a genre actress in movies with a feature-length story. She is known for her theatrical performance of Grease, the Broadway musical Grease in the role of determined and resolute Rizzo. There is a belief that her work as Bea Arthur's character's child Maude from the television sitcom Maude that aired on TV, was one of the most memorable. Her husband had her cast in Fog, which was a major commercial success. After that she was a part of various sci-fi movies. In The Cannonball Run, she performed a role as a comic. Cat woman is her most popular role. She voiced the role in the animated Batman series. To continue her experimentation with animation, she did voiceovers for Helga Van Guggen.
